Sourdough Bread

You can always customize your bread. Moreover, I add cumin seeds, toasted sunflower seeds, or pine nuts. These options allow you to make your bread unique each time, keeping it from getting boring.

White Bread

Soft bread that’s perfect for sandwiches. Moreover, it makes excellent toast and is also great for making breadcrumbs, which you can use in other recipes later on. Additionally, it wasn’t easy to find the right flour for bread that tastes almost identical to regular yeast bread.

Bagel

This is a very popular type of bread, especially for breakfast or snacks. Additionally, bagels are eaten with cream cheese, or paired with meat or fish. Furthermore, they serve as a base for sandwiches, while sweet variations are enjoyed simply with coffee or tea.

Gluten-Free Crepes

Crepes, thin flat cakes made from batter, are popular in many cuisines around the world. You can wrap various fillings in them, or stack a large number of crepes to make a crepe cake with cream between the layers. Kids love crepes with syrup or whipped cream, or even both at once.

Gluten-Free Breadsticks

Many centuries ago, around the 14th or 15th century, breadsticks began to be baked in northern Italy. They are also known as grissini. Interestingly, today you can find some version of breadsticks in almost every cuisine around the world. With the introduction of gluten-free breadsticks, they have experienced a new resurgence.

Gluten-Free French Loaf

The French loaf is a small, oval-shaped bread with slits on top. It’s firm yet soft, with a tender crust and delicate crumb. For a long time, I thought that recreating a gluten-free French Loaf, version of this beloved bread from my childhood, was almost impossible.

Gluten-Free Waffles

Fluffy waffles are often called Belgian waffles. However, not many people know that there were originally several types of Belgian waffles. Liège and Brussels waffles were the most popular, but in our home, gluten-free waffles are becoming the favorite.

Gluten-Free Mock Rye Bread

Rye bread has a long history and its loyal fans, though some people may have mixed feelings about it. It stands out with its bold flavor and unique texture. But when you go gluten-free, you might think that the taste of rye bread is lost forever. However, it’s possible to make a gluten-free mock rye bread that tastes remarkably close to the original.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Bread is one of the oldest foods known to mankind. It accompanies soups and main courses, and it’s even an ingredient in some dishes. There are also dessert variations, which is why I have a recipe for gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread.

Gluten-Free Pancakes

Famous for their fluffy texture, American pancakes have captivated the world. Their popularity isn’t just due to Hollywood’s breakfast scenes; these pancakes are a beloved staple for children and a nostalgic treat for adults. Recreating these iconic pancakes without gluten is a passion, and I’m excited to share a version of gluten-free pancakes.

Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

As pizza evolved globally, it was adapted for various dietary needs, including gluten-free options for those with celiac disease, cauliflower crusts for keto diets, and vegan cheese for plant-based diets. Today, pizzas come with traditional red sauce, white sauce, and even no sauce at all.

Gluten-Free Croutons

The history of cooking is filled with examples where methods of preserving food have given rise to new dishes. Originally, drying bread was a way to extend the life of this hard-earned staple. The fact that variations of croutons exist in nearly every cuisine worldwide only underscores their versatility. And, of course, gluten-free croutons deserve their place at the table.
